Duct cleaning removes the dust and sand that settle inside the ductwork of a ducted or central AC system. The ducts are opened at accessible points, loosened with brushes, vacuumed out, and the system is checked for airflow afterwards, with floors and furniture protected throughout.
Air in a ducted system travels through metal or flexible ducts that you never see. In Dubai, fine sand and dust get in through the return air and settle on the inside surfaces, where they build up layer by layer. A thick layer reduces airflow, and some of it is blown back into the rooms each time the system starts. Cleaning means reaching those surfaces, not only wiping the grille you can see.
