Split AC cleaning is a deep clean of the wall-mounted indoor unit: the filters, the cooling coil, the blower and the drain tray. The unit is covered, sprayed and rinsed in place so the dirt and water are caught and carried away, and cooling and airflow are checked afterwards.
The indoor unit of a split AC pulls room air across a cold coil. Over months, dust and the film of moisture on the coil combine into a grey layer that restricts airflow, causes odours and, eventually, makes the unit drip. Rinsing the filter helps, but the coil and the blower behind it are where most of the dirt collects, and they cannot be reached without cleaning the unit itself.
We protect the wall and floor, cover the unit with a collection sheet, clean the coil and blower, and rinse the dirt into a bucket so nothing runs down your wall.
