Refresh and touch-up work repairs the everyday marks a tenancy leaves behind, such as nail holes, scuffs, scratches and small paint damage, and repaints the affected areas. It is a lighter alternative to a full repaint when the walls are mostly in good condition.
Most tenancies leave small marks: nail and screw holes, furniture scuffs, scratches on doors and skirting, and the odd stain. A full repaint is not always necessary, and spot repairs done well are cheaper and faster, but only if they blend with the surrounding paint.
We walk through the unit, list what needs doing and agree the plan before quoting. Floors and fittings are protected and the unit is left clean.
