Seamless, easy-to-clean epoxy floors for studios, shops and units
Epoxy flooring and epoxy floor painting in Dubai for studios, showrooms, offices, workshops and garages, with proper surface preparation and a seamless finish.
Epoxy flooring is a resin coating that bonds to a concrete or screeded floor and sets into a hard, seamless surface that is easy to wipe clean. It suits studios, showrooms, offices, workshops, storerooms and garages, where ordinary floor paint would wear through quickly. The result depends far more on preparation than on the coating itself, so we start by checking the floor: its condition, any cracks, signs of damp and the traffic it has to carry. Send photos and the floor size on WhatsApp and we will tell you what we recommend before we quote.

A continuous coating without tile joints or grout lines, so the floor is easier to sweep and wipe.
A properly applied epoxy coating copes with foot traffic and cleaning better than ordinary floor paint.
We tell you if a floor needs more preparation or if a different coating suits the use better.

An epoxy floor is only as good as the work beneath it. Most failures trace back to dust, oil, old coatings or damp in the slab, so we spend our time checking and preparing the floor before the first coat goes on.
Epoxy is often chosen for studios, showrooms and offices that want a clean, uninterrupted floor, and for workshops, stores and garages that need something tougher than paint. For the walls, ceilings and doors in the same space, see our commercial painting and industrial painting pages, and for tiled floors our tiling team.
Send photos and the floor size on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether epoxy is the right choice, what preparation it needs and what the job involves, before we start.

The right coating depends on how the floor is used.
A thinner epoxy coating can give a clean, glossy, easy-wipe finish where the traffic is mostly people on foot.
Thicker, built-up systems suit trolleys, equipment and frequent cleaning.
Use a coating made for vehicles, and make sure the floor is sound and dry first.
Damp and movement cracks should be dealt with before coating, or the finish may lift.

Learn more about Tiling WorksEpoxy flooring is a two-part resin coating applied over a concrete or screeded floor. It sets into a hard, seamless surface that is easier to clean than bare concrete or ordinary floor paint, and it is used in studios, showrooms, offices, workshops, stores and garages.
People use both terms. Epoxy floor paint is usually a thinner, lighter-duty coating, while an epoxy floor system is built up in thicker coats for heavier use. We recommend one or the other after checking the floor and how it will be used.
A coating can only bond as well as the surface beneath it. Dust, oil, old paint and damp are the usual reasons epoxy lifts, so cleaning, grinding and repair come before any coat is applied.
It depends on the area, the condition of the floor and the product, because each coat needs curing time before the next goes on and before the floor is used. We confirm the schedule when we quote and follow the product's own instructions for curing.
Often, if the surface is sound. Concrete and screed are the usual base. Tiles, loose or damaged areas and floors with a damp problem need checking first, and we will tell you if a floor is not a good candidate.
Sweep or vacuum and mop with a mild cleaner, avoid dragging heavy items and wipe up spills such as oil and solvents promptly. We give care advice for the product used when we hand the floor over.
It can work in garages, utility rooms and storerooms. Other floor finishes are often chosen for living areas, so we will say honestly whether epoxy suits the room.
