Post-renovation cleaning removes the fine dust, plaster, paint splashes, adhesive and building debris left after renovation or fit-out. It is done room by room so the property is clean enough to use, and we agree the scope before starting.
Renovation work leaves a fine dust that settles on every surface, including inside cupboards, on window frames and in air vents. Paint, adhesive and cement marks end up on glass, tiles and floors. A normal clean does not remove this, and wiping dust the wrong way can scratch finishes.
We vacuum and clean from the top down so dust is lifted off rather than moved around, remove marks suited to each surface and leave the property ready for use. Post-Renovation Cleaning Questions
Once the building, painting and fitting work is finished. Cleaning earlier means dust from remaining work settles on clean surfaces again.
Usually, using methods suited to the surface so glass, tiles and floors are not scratched. Marks that have bonded deeply may leave a trace, and we tell you what to expect.
Some fine dust can settle again in the first days, especially if windows are open or vents are dusty. A light wipe-down afterwards is normal.
We clean visible vent covers and grilles. Dust inside ductwork is a separate job covered by our AC duct cleaning service.
