Cracked glass is a safety risk and weakens as the crack spreads, particularly in hot weather when glass expands. Whatever the cause, such as an impact, a stone, a stressed frame or a failed seal, the pane needs to be replaced rather than patched, and the frame checked so the new glass does not suffer the same fate.
We measure the opening on site, agree the glass type with you and fit the new pane with suitable glazing and seals. The right glass depends on where it goes, for example a door, a low-level window or a bathroom, and we advise on this when we see the location.
